Stay 2 days here, sum up of the stay from check-in process to checkout- one word is superb, the host was really helpful throughout the process. Facilities was very convenient they have , water purifier, refrigerator and microwave, utensils was complete and the place was clean.

Very good location. Sea view. Unit is very new and clean. Simple but all necessities are provided especially the water dispenser. We like the unit's door lock system - no need to carry keys all the time, just use passcode. Easy to check-in (unlike some other serviced apartments which give many instructions & direction from parking to collecting keys and finding the unit). Host is polite and replies messages promptly. Host is very thoughtful for preparing a green manual file. It has all details about wifi passwords, emergency contact no., instructions on how to use some of the things in the unit - so don't be lazy to flip through, it just takes 3-4 minutes. No need to bug the host every now and then asking for passwords and swimming pool etc.

The unit is equipped with a washing machine, kitchen utensils, water dispenser, towels, iron, iron board, hair dryer. If you are a person that needs to do laundry, this unit is just nice, you just need to prepare hanger & detergent. Clean floor, bedsheets towel, curtains & bathroom. And the bed is comfortable too. The water heater, air conditioning and fridge are functioning well. Seaview unit where you can see a wonderful seaview from the unit. The location is great, KK Pasar Besar, Handicrafts Market, Sinsuran Market (Filipino Market), Mr DIY, 99 Speedmart etc are just within walking distance.

The room was great for it's price. The room was large, clean, had 2 split type aircon and a balcony facing the sea!

Situated along Lorong Api-Api 1, Marina Condominium Holiday Homestay offers complimentary access to the outdoor pool and fitness centre. Beautiful view, walking distance to most locations within KK, wonderful, most helpful, and courteous host! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. They have extra beds and can easily accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Drinking water and kitchen utensils were also provided.

Boasting a plunge pool and pool views, Ming SCSP is situated in Kota Kinabalu. It is set 2.2 km from Filipino Market Sabah and features a lift. We requested for a baby bath tub and the host provided us with an excellent one! They even provided a cushion and a mat for our baby too (see photo)! What a great touch. The price offered great value. Wifi connection was good also, and i was able to work from the place.
