The Bedouin family running this camp were some of the most friendly people we met in Jordan. There are many camps in Wadi Rum and all have a similar set up but what made this one unique was how much effort the family put in to involve us in their traditions and life. Teaching us about how to cook the traditional food, dancing with us, inviting us to sit around the campfire and even introducing us to their camels and showing us how they milk them (camel milk is delicious by the way!). Our guide for the jeep tour was amazing, really make sure you spend time asking them about their life in the desert as it is so interesting and they are so passionate about this place. It is heartwarming. Also, the facilities are very clean and comfortable at this camp. And the food is amazing. Thank you for an amazing stay.

One of the highlights was the opportunity to have tea with the locals. Nile facilitated these interactions with a hospitality and generosity rooted in Jordanian culture, allowing us to immerse themselves in the rich traditions and stories of the people who call this desert home. The accommodation provided was first class. Our room was not only spacious but also equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable comfort from the heat of the desert. The attention to detail in the amenities of the room was very clear and appreciated. The culinary experience was another special feature. And the breakfast served was amazing, featuring a great selection of local flavours that were delicious and nutritious – the perfect start to our days of exploration. However, the true jewel of this experience was Nile himself.
