Right in the middle of the main signoria piazza square. Feels like being transported into a fairytale land. Laura, the hotel manager, was exceptionally friendly, warm, considerate and helpful. She provided us with information and links to all the best attractions in Florence and even the best restaurants to taste authentic Florentine food. Laura defines the essence of customer service excellence. We booked the executive suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Some reviewers complained about the hard pillows but I personally loved them and had my best sleep so far in Italy.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Autóval ideális szállás, a város központ gyalog is könnyen elérhető. Boasting a fitness centre and views of city, Vi Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Viareggio, 200 metres from Viareggio Beach. The entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, until we checked out, Giacomo and his team were friendly, helpful and kind. They even surprised us with a lovely breakfast on our doorstep to celebrate carnivale. The location was perfect and we will definitely be back.
