The water heater, air conditioning and fridge are functioning well. Seaview unit where you can see a wonderful seaview from the unit. The location is great, KK Pasar Besar, Handicrafts Market, Sinsuran Market (Filipino Market), Mr DIY, 99 Speedmart etc are just within walking distance.
