Everything was perfect especially proximity to metro station and supermarket. There are lots of places to charge our phones. There are two bathrooms so it was very good for four of us. Self check in and check out were very useful abd easy. Luggage room was also very safe.

This 3-star apartment hotel is situated in the chestnut tree-lined Klosterallee avenue in Hamburg’s elegant Harvestehude district, near the Alster Lake. I had a small room, but it was nicely equipped - there was a kitchen and a desk suited for work. Room was clean. Location for me was great - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and metro station is not that far. Even though I haven't met any of the staff, I felt very welcome there.

Very clean place, great bed, big bathroom, nicely designed, quiet, great view, (7 floor) kitchen with necessary items, quiet, good location, not in the center but very good public transport access. Lot of light day and night, but dark curtains as well. As pictures, even nicer. You can prepare breakfast in the room.

There were two adults and two kids, and there was enough place for everyone. Kids slept on the bed and said that it was like sleeping on the cloud.We slept on the sofa, and it was also very comfy. There is a crocery store right around the corner.
