The apartment was excellent. The kitchen and the bath were new and functional. Every detail in the apartment is in its place. The balcony and the view are also great. The swimming pool is clean and the access quite comfortable. Saunas were of high quality and quite spacious. Of course, we were a bit of the season ( March) but I suppose there is enough space for the interested guests. The ski pistes are very close, you put your skies and you are on the slopes! Amazing! The staff (we were welcomed by Joseph, but his colleagues, another gentleman and a lady) were super friendly.

La Villa Marienhof está situada a 150 metros del lago Ossiach y a 2 minutos a pie del teleférico Kanzelbahn y ofrece playa privada, vistas panorámicas y acceso gratuito a la sauna. The property is as good or better than the photos. The Zorn family and staff are very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast as first class with a large variety of local produce. In 2 days we managed to fit in a swim and SUP at the private beach, went for a hike at Gerlitzen, and borrowed the Marienhof bikes for a ride around the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer… there is so much to do.
