Located on the beachfront in Durrës, Villa Arberia offers self-catering apartments. Each apartment has a balcony and the property also features a children’s playground. The apartment was freshly renovated clean and well setup. Great deck. Had its own beach area with umbrellas etc.

A great destination and an wonderfull choice for this part of the Balkans for a holidays. The host was exceptionally kind. The location is great, just a few hundred meters from the coast. Comfort and cleanliness of the apartment at a high level. It always had water, unlike some other apartments. Everything was amazing.

Review We have travelled 80+ countries and rarely find a 10 point gem but here we found one. Fabiana who hosted us did all what you expect as a guest but went over and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. The unit was well equipped, everything was clean and the outside patio was a big plus. The resort area itself is great for children with a big playground and a big pool area with a children's pool as well. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine which is great when travelling with children. Bring your own detergent is a tip! Kitchen is well equipped, it would be nice with a microwave but we did great without. There is plenty of restaurants nearby with great food. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and the biggest downside was that the time here went to quick :-) Thank you for your great work. You well deserve a 10 for your hosting and kindness showed towards us. We will be back in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The views were breathtaking, and the interior was clean, cozy and stylish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The host's attentiveness and genuine care for my comfort truly set this experience apart. Being steps away from the beach made it a dream location. A perfect escape for relaxation and beach fun. Highly recommended!

What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by Orlando and his brother. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly memorable. Very nice, clean room. Not far to seasight but the time we have been there (beginning of may) completely dead neighborhood.

The stay was really pleasant thanks to the cutest and most helpful host. The old couple was really kind and helpful in everything i needed. I felt very safe and in good care. Appartment was very nice and fresh with kitchen and bacony, near to the beach and shops. Would definitely returner here and recomend everyone to stay here.

Durres was an unexpected stop for us, we booked our room after 8 pm. Despite the late hour the owner welcomed us with his family, they were super nice and helpful to us. Can't say anything but thank you. Our apartment was an old fashioned well equipped and air conditioned family apartment with an amazing view to the sea. The beach is a 5 minute walk.
