Really loved the Hot pools and swimming pools, the rooms were nice and spacious... we had a mishap with washing machine but was sorted by the lovely by getting our clothes washed and dried separately.. thanks Rue for sorting our clothes, thanks to the lovely lady i forgot her name (horrible memory) but she did amazing cocktails i understand she Is in the company for many yrs last but not least to amazing Dave for looking after us doing the upgrade of room and Sam as well for being amazing my parents enjoyed their time here so that was my main priority🥰🥰🥰

Va haver-hi un malentès amb la comunicació. El noi de recepció va intentar trobar la millor solució possible i al final ens va donar un upgrade. La situació és molt bona, davant del llac. Molt tranquil.
