Location was Great. Went early to ask about where the parking was & was met at reception by a lovely lady called Joy. Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)

Beautiful accommodation, spacious room, comfortable bed, outside balcony and friendly hosts. Two minute walk to beautiful Pilot Bay, 5 minutes walk to Surf Beach and the main shopping/restaurant area. Secure undercover free parking.

Our room was nice and spacious. Tidy and clean. Full laundry services available and a kitchen filled with all the necessary equipment. Two designated car parks which was amazing as we travelled with two vehicles. Located close to town and the beach as well which was a bonus. Will definitely book again for our a yearly trip to Tauranga. Staff were amazing. Thank you Atlas!
