We arrived at the location, reception was closed and we did not know where to get the keys from, but one of our sons had the bright idea to check out the mail box. And there was an envelope. The apartment was very spacious, was very clean and looked quite new actually. The surroundings are quite, even with a sport pitch next door. There is also a supermarket which is obviously very convenient. The bus to the center stops right next door and it takes about 10 minutes to reach city center. We were very happy with this apartment.

Everything is self-service, for me very convenient and fast but my husband said this is not his favourite, so depends if you are fine with digital version of hotel services you may find it positive or not. In case of issues you will find help from hotel employees. As a family we would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend the property to others. Access was easy with a key code being sent to me and a lock box to pick up the keys. On leaving we had access to a locked area to place our luggage in and collected these many hours after leaving the premises.
