We didn't expect such a lovely place! It is still new and constructed with finese - has some old & some new features. There is a lift! You can even take a water taxi to its doorstep. The interiors were all quality products used. You get the whole 'home' feel. There's a refrigerator, a dish washer, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (capsule type). The bathroom is big! We took a 2 bedroom apartment and the master bedroom, there's a bath tub - obviously for lovebirds or couples.

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Poli Venezia! We stayed for 1 week in Nov. '22. Davide was very communicative and helpful from even before we travelled to Venice. He met us as soon as we arrived, and showed us around the apartment, and also recommended us a place to go for food. He was always very responsive and we felt well taken care of. The apartment we stayed in (Amethyst) was large, clean, modern, and very very comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it's close to everything, and easy to get to, but at the same time it didn't feel overly touristy and was in a residents part of the city. We also loved to come home and relax in between sight-seeing. Thank you, Davide & Chiara, we hope to visit again!

we loved absolutely everything about this property, is absolutely stunning, super extra clean, super confortable and spacious, the quality of everything is top , modern and elegant, you have a very nice room with a very nice bathroom and a small area for nice couches an small kitchen, with everything you need in case you need to cook ( not our case) but besides all this ( like a 5 stars hotel, Paola is just the best host ever❤️, she contacts you in advance to help you with the arrival, please follow her indications and you will be fine❤️the best place to stay in Venice , and the prices are reasonable, Thank you Paola for your hospitality beyond the expectations and your kind generosity always ready to help❤️God bless you🙏🏻❤️ ps they habe a washing and dryer machine very modern inside the room / apartment

The room design & colors ( yellow & white) were very cozy & relaxing. The room had all facilities & amenities.it is walking distance from shopping area, Gondolas & main attractions. The staff were very helpful. They are flexible with check in hours & allowed us to leave the luggage at the hotel after check out hours.

We are a family used to travel from budget to luxury places. The hotel is not luxurious, but it definitely has a deep Venetian spirit. We felt like Venetians living in our inherited home. Our apartment was very big with a fully equipped kitchen with sparkling cleaness so there will be nothing to miss. The lady at front was extremely helpful with all tips where to go and like a local.

Staff very friendly and helpful and there is a true 24hr reception which is so handy when you're flight gets delayed and you turn up in middle of night. Value for money accommodation, in a good area.
