I came to the area to participate in Ironman Emilia-Romagna. Leonardo was the perfect host, friendly and encouraging, incredibly helpful, giving me advice about travel, parking, shopping and local knowledge about the Ironman event. I was given a parking pass which allowed me to park in front of the hotel and also around the municipal area of Milano-Marittima and Cervia. The accommodation was perfect for my needs, comfortable and well equipped for self catering. It's only two minutes walk to the beach. Overall a great experience that exceeded my expectations.

Everything was much nicer than we were expecting! We stayed in the 1br apartment and absolutely loved the large terrace. It was also so nice to have the bikes to use and to be so close to everything - the beach, the main commercial street, and the nature trails. The wifi was perfect (we had some work video calls while there). Finally, the ladies running the place were so nice and helpful. 100% recommend!

Lovely property! Efficient AC. I would love to have a stay like this in every vacation spot. Huge balcony, sink on balcony, full 4 burner stove, big fridge. Paid by card at the location, no hassle. Restaurants and breach within walking distance.

This is absolutely perfect place in Cervia if you are travelling with your family! Location, stuff and appartments as it is. In case you are come on good weather time, you would love to spend time on balcony. I travelled for Ironman - so, it is absolutely ok as well, only about 1km from the start point. Nothing to add. It was one of my best weeks for all my vacations in my life. Cervia is perfect place to "swim on our own" and this place is the perfect to stay in Cervia.

The location is very nice, it’s near both the city center and the sea. Stuff is very polite and always ready to tackle any problems. Highly recommended!
