The house is amazing, so charming. The bed is super comfy and the wifi is strong (I could work and watch Netflix). The kitchen has coffee maker, toaster, teapot.. They provide you with extra blankets and extra pillows. The heating system is super powerful. The garden is majestic and the owners are super helpful and nice.

It’s hard to see from the photos but the building is new, so it’s nice and roomy and modern. Also the location is fantastic, smack centre in a lovely part of the town, so it was very convenient to walk everywhere.

great location in a chic beach residential area , beach bar just 8 mins walk 25 min walk along flat beach boardwalk to the main restaurant square. jacuzzi was fabulous . apartment had everything you need . shower excellant

First of all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We requested for our check out time to be extended because we had an evening flight and a baby with us. We asked for an hour but the staff was courteous to extend our check out time till 1PM. Thank you so much for this, Location is great. We walked to the nearby beach, port vieux (recommended by lady at the reception). Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom essentials were great.

A great appartement and location with very responsive team. The appartements are functional and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The ground floor appartement bedrooms were a bit cold and a bit of humidity but with the stand alone heater provided that was resolve very quickly!

Everything was fantastic. The woman at the front desk was fabulous, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was exceptional with incredible ocean views. The bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows. There was great lighting, so often rooms are dark. The tv was on castors so that it could be viewed either from the bed or the couch in its own little alcove with a large window. Important for us, because we stayed during the Rugby World Cup. It was warm the entire time, so we kept the window and balcony sliding glass door open. Apparently, this is common because the flooring is a surface that accepts water and it is easily mopped up. There was a large fabulous bath tub for soaking. We had breakfast one morning; a petit dejeuner simple. It included coffee and croissants. The cafe au lait was the best I have had since visiting Paris years ago. It was the old fashioned steamed milk in a pitcher. This is the ONLY hotel on the beach near the old town in Biarritz.. All of the others are up on the bluffs. The restaurant next door, Le Surfing was excellent as well.
