Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Selkeät ohjeet ja hyvä yhteydenpito ennen saapumista. Ilmastointi erikseen makuuhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa, mikä sopi meidän ryhmälle mainiosti. Kaksi suihkua/vessaa oli myös hyvä ratkaisu. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Tv olo- ja makuuhuoneessa.

We've been coming to Benidorm for 16 years and these were the most well equipped & quietest Apartments we've ever stayed in! Check in was extremely efficient too! Netflix on the Tv and a fabulous hot shower! Really couldn't fault the place!

Aamiainen ja illallinen on monipuoliset ja hyvät. Paljon vaihtoehtoja. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huone 14 krs hyvät näköalat ja iso parveke kiva istuskella. Sijainti myös erinomainen, lentokenttäbussi toi muutaman sadan metrin päähän.

The room was very spacious and well equipped with microwave and fridge, etc The location is great too, short walk to the indoor market and beach, 2 bars within 2 minute walk. pool was very good and well policed for any misbehaviour. Staff were the best I've ever seen, very polite and helpful, Julian is a credit to the hotel, should have pay rise.

Viihtyisä, perussiisti huoneistohotelli kaupungin rauhallisella laidalla, kaukana mölyävistä baareista, joten sopii erinomaisesti perheille. Ranta, kaupat, ravintolat kuitenkin suht lähellä, kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellissa hyvä pieni kauppa kaikkiin perustarpeisiin. Tosi ystävällinen, ihana ja avulias henkilökunta. Upea, iso uima-allas jossa mahtui pienemmät ja isommat hyvin uimaan. Ihan taaperoille myös oma pikkuallas. Lapsille myös liukumäkiä sekä uima-altaassa että leikkipaikalla. Sängyt oli hyvät nukkua ja yöllä oli hiljaista. Huoneisto oli tilava ja siisti. Aamupala oli oikein perus brittiläinen mutta kyllä siitä suomalainenkin löysi syötävää; plussaa tulee runsaasta hedelmätarjonnasta. Vuokra-autolle löytyi hyvin parkkitilaa, hotellissa on oma parkkihalli.
