The city zoo and park is across the street. The sea and beach is only steps away. All shops and restaurants are close. The swimming pool was an extra surprise.

Excellent location and property quality. Nice balcony with view over the valley. Quiet surroundings, bedroom in the suite was without window which is a plus if one wants to sleep a little longer. Plenty of light in the main area and bathroom. Very nice TV also with latest of webOS connecting easily to Netflix and YouTube accounts. The host has a cured meats shop next door and a traditional cellar and smokehouse down the yard, which is a joy to explore and learn about.

November in Cyprus. We've seen many places from Paphos to Ayia Napa with Limassol at the middle.. Weather was around 28C all week, absolutely fabulous because you can go for a swim first half of the day and then after 4 o'clock is getting cooler, so you can hit the town for dinner and really enjoy it! During summer is way too hot.. Limassol Del Mar - fab choice of stay for those looking for residential apartments or studios, instead of resorts with plenty of noise.. You've got plenty of beach bars around, but keep in mind that after season.. most of them will be closed or going through renovation. Most spots were open around Amara and Four seasons.. as well as Limassol Marina.. Guaba was closed.. Columbia, Plus sea, Marina breeze beach bars were open.. (if) you are heading for Lady's mile beach, then the only one open is Captain's Cabin, which is cool.. just get ready for a bumpy road :) Coya restaurant used to be around the corner of Del Mar.. it seems like they changed name to Kogia, nice hot sushi there :) Del Mar staff is friendly and kind (Sotiris, Nicholas and other ones, we just don't remember their names.. from kitchen through security to reception) it's a new building so might take a while to improve a couple of things..
