Location. The price. We had the 2 bed apartment. The extra facilities available. Washing machines, full kitchen, hot tubs, pool table and roof terrace. The cafe downstairs. It was great and we would definitely stay again if in Ottawa. Cheap parking fees. Definitely a safe location as we left the door open most the week not knowing that it needed to be locked differently!
