The people who manage the property were very nice and helpful. We liked having separate rooms and bathrooms for our family of 4. We liked having a kitchen, family room and washer and dryer. We liked being in Palm Cove and being in between Port Douglas and Cairns.

It is an absolute lovely place. Very quiet and only a few steps to the beach and restaurants. The pool is amazing and has for everybody something. Gerhard is very helpful with everything. He also organizes tours to the Great Barrier Reef or Fitzroy Island. I only can recommend this place.

Facilities were excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. The pool area was lovely and for private use for the guests. We met Janet who was very welcoming and informative. Janet provided us with excellent recommendation for how to organise transport to a nearby tourist attraction. The location is perfect as it was very close to everything in Palm Cove - we were able to walk everywhere. We can't fault a single thing about our stay and would highly recommend Palm Cove Tropic Apartments.

The staff went above and beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable and even with a sick bub we loved staying here, the hotel is beautiful in a perfect location and I can't thank the beautiful team enough for their care and kindness ❤️
