This place is tucked away in the multitude of doors peppering the famed zig zig line of Innsbrucks colorful. Easy to find, reach and access ( there is a life), the building has a total of 6 apartments, 3 facing the Inn, and the rest with a view of the Nordkette Alps. I stayed in the latter on the top floor - it was peaceful and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze, there is also an elevator in the building. The room itself is a delight - everything’s been thought through to ensure a home-like stay. The noise isolation is excellent - the only sound from-the outside were the birds and the hourly church bells, when you left the windows open. There is a long balcony that overlooks the Nordkette - beautiful view. The kitchen’s stocked with cutlery,pots, pans, bowls and even a french press with coffee from a locally famous roastery. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the folks here had thought everything through. Katrin was always prompt in communicating and my requests ( cleaning schedule, invoices) and queries were responded to promptly and thoroughly. I will be back here whenever I visit IBK - recommended for long or short stays.

The apartment is located in a historical house very close to the Golden Roof. The whole design and furbishing is incredible, we didn't expect it to be so modern in a historical house. There is a little kitchen with fridge, cooking and microwave oven.

Without exaggeration, this is a wonderful apartment. Modern, aesthetic and freshly renovated. A full kitchen that allows you to eat well. Spacious rooms. And most of all, we like that they are sunny. Everyone is used to the fact that photos usually do not justify the reality. But after checking in, we were surprised that the apartment is even more beautiful than in the photo. 😍

Nunca había tenido experiencia con el servicio contactless y muy bien. Pudimos hacer check in y check out sin inconvenientes pero de todos modos le pedí ayuda a la chica del bar que está en la recepción. La habitacion, amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario inclusive para comer ahí.
