The property was in a very good location. It was close to the beach with good options for restaraunts and markets. The area felt very safe 😊 The apartment itself was very clean, organized, and it had everything you might need.

Review We have travelled 80+ countries and rarely find a 10 point gem but here we found one. Fabiana who hosted us did all what you expect as a guest but went over and beyond to make sure we had an excellent stay. The unit was well equipped, everything was clean and the outside patio was a big plus. The resort area itself is great for children with a big playground and a big pool area with a children's pool as well. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine which is great when travelling with children. Bring your own detergent is a tip! Kitchen is well equipped, it would be nice with a microwave but we did great without. There is plenty of restaurants nearby with great food. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and the biggest downside was that the time here went to quick :-) Thank you for your great work. You well deserve a 10 for your hosting and kindness showed towards us. We will be back in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. The views were breathtaking, and the interior was clean, cozy and stylish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. The host's attentiveness and genuine care for my comfort truly set this experience apart. Being steps away from the beach made it a dream location. A perfect escape for relaxation and beach fun. Highly recommended!

This place is just wonderfull from the beginning to the end .Landlord is very friendly if U need anything just ask him😉The wiev is beautyfull ,from the bed U can see the waves and they will rock U to the sleep .Fully furnished ,very clean ,with the elevator and air condition.We can't wait to see this place again .

Hotel is quiet good. Klea is so helpful that she helped me even about public transportation. If I come again to Durres one day, I will stay here absolutely.

The kindest and most generous host imaginable. She cleaned the room regularly and occasionally served me home made Albanian food and coffee as an act of kindness. She was available when I had any questions. The apartment and it's facilities were very clean and everything worked well. It was quiet and felt very safe with a wall surrounding the entire building. The apartment is not in the city center, but it's still a very lively area with lots of bars, grocery stores and cafes. It is just 150 meters from the main road with bus stations. It's just 200 meters from the "promenade" along a beautiful beach.

Very cozy and clean room with sea view. The wifi was very slowy. The owner very helpful and friendly. They speak Italian and very well English. Located on the hills and 6 min from the beach. The way down to the beach is easy but coming back is just breath taking due to climbing the hills to get to the house. Nevertheless we had a great stay with free parking infront of the house.
