Canton is a great location to get into Boston and to find...
Canton is a great location to get into Boston and to find any type of shopping experience- 3 big malls nearby- Univeristy station, Westwood, Legacy Place Dedham, so Shore Plaza, Braintree. Nice small town near the city. Good for people with kids- next to the Blue Hills- for hiking and skiing. Lots of parks, ball fields, skating rinks and golf courses in the town.

The staff were not pleasant, the wifi which was free was not available then they stated they gave me a discounted charges for me & I didn’t have access to the wifi. The pool area was closed but was not stated in Booking.com as so, the manager was not helpful or consistent in resolving issues brought to his attention. The guest above our Suite were extremely noisy you could hear running back & forth over our heads all hours of the day & night. The breakfast was terrible bottled water, apples, yogurt cups, packaged bagels, cereal cups & granola bars. I feel like this staycation was a waste of money & time. We were unable to relax or enjoy. Without wifi/internet access missed a very important zoom mtg, a lot of phone call & text messages. The staff was not helpful at all. Harley ever at the desk they should have a bell or something to get their attention when someone is standing at the desk waiting to be assisted.

It was very neat and clean. Large rooms and bathrooms. The eatery was amazing as we were late to get there on the last day. It wasn't a problem. They got us everything we needed and more. Such service with a smile. It was lovely to experience.

While we were there we went shopping, dined out and enjoyed our time at the hotel. We shopped at frugal Fannie‘s ate at the Château restaurant which was very convenient being in the same parking lot with the Hampton Inn and we weren’t far from patriot Place for more shopping and entertainment

You have a nice looking lobby and room was clean. The AC unit was loud. In Booking.com it says $6 for breakfast, I understand if it was a mistake, but when I brought it up and showed the manager she didn't have the decency to at least apologize for this (How was I suppose to know this) All she said was "well, that's booking.com problem that has nothing to do with us" I just feel it could have been handled differently and It would have changed my experience over all. At first she made me feel as If I was lying, then when I showed her the evidence she just blamed Booking.com. I understand you might be running low in workers but probably something to look at. I don't think I would use this location again, I felt mistreated. RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT.

I like everything except the pool service Very poor Not in pool service make me frustrated The Clorox in the pool area was too strong make my eyes very red and you can not feel good inside the weather or they don’t have a good ventilation in the pool area, but very good cleaning, very good people, god hotel, good breakfast, nice people
