La Mesnagerie is 1 km from the centre of Jarzé and 16 km from the Château de Montgeoffroy. This property is exactly what I had been looking for. A beautiful and calm countryside retreat in France, and it exceeded my expectations. An old, historic property with lots of charm and character, clean, comfortable, managed by a great, very friendly host. Slept well, ate well, had a wonderful time, and would love to return.

Set within Pays de la Loire and in a landscaped garden, Loire Valley Cottages offers a swimming pool, children's games, badminton, free bikes and a children's play area. It is beautifully restored and furnished. Benedicte and Paul are gracious hosts. They prepared superb dinners and provided great advice on tourism. It was a pleasure to converse with our hosts and other guests.

This is a place where you can really relax. The location is excellent with lots of options for sightseeing, eating out, etc. The cottages are very suitable for families. Highly recommended!

The coffee was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were generously sized and well appointed.
