Alina helped my check-in process which was seamless and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room and begin my relaxing stay. She also provided detailed information about room features, hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions. Afterwards she also made herself available for answering various queries. Whilst there were issues arisen during my stay, Alina is proactive in finding solutions. Whether it's a problem with the room, a request for extra amenities, or assistance with travel arrangements, she took immediate action to address the issue and ensure my satisfaction. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptional. Very good value for money. Attention to detail was exceptional. Rooms were stunning. I particularly liked the landing decoration. The bar and the restaurant were amazing. Excellent breakfast.
