Located in downtown Vancouver, this 31-story hotel provides views of the North Shore Mountains. Vancouver Harbour is a 5 minutes' walk from the property, while Stanley Park is 1.3 km away. When we arrived, we were very tired, and I had made the réservation for the wrong date. Mathias was very understanding, behond understanding, and he accommodated us. Very kind and very attentive to our needs. The same for the concierge Kyle. He gave us bottles of water, and sent us a little refreshment to our room.
