The location is in a quiet part of Hoi An, which is nice to return to after a busy day in the old town.

Very well situated, close to Old Town, sparkling clean, gorgeous rooms and nice pool and breakfast! Perfect stay. They do not have an elevator but it was't an issue as the hotel staffed helped with my luggage very kindly.

Everything about the property is exactly how it is pictured. Absolutely stunning and right between the beach and Old Town. We rented a motorbike for 150,000VND per day and it was super convenient to get anywhere within a few minutes. The staff is also extremely helpful and helped us get a driver for a one day tour of My Son Temple, Golden Bridge, and Bana Hills. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful crisp, clean spacious rooms with well thought out internal and external spaces. Tranquil setting set back from the road. Lovely attentive hosts and seamless support with excursions and transfers plus great help with extra meals and drinks drinks when one of us was unwell. Beds were perfect and breakfasts were all amazing. Try the local food its worth it! Would happily return

I loved my hosts, Nga and Phi. They were very helpful in so many ways. They were generous in offering assistance in bringing in bottled water. As I was staying for 9 weeks, I preferred 5L bottles. They were very helpful when it came to purchasing food and snacks. When I developed a respiratory infection, Nga helped sort me out with a pharmacist. The geckos are beyond cute. Fresh flowers galore. Introduction to foods and how they are eaten!

One of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam, clean, hot water all the time, big room, and the house is so clean and nice, you can get breakfast as well, the pool is pretty nice although it needs a bit of renew of facilities but it's ok.
