Very nice apartment, has everything you might need for your stay at prasline, nicely located, 10 minutes on foot from restaurant, market, and harbor, We were welcomed by a lovely lady and cold drinks at the reception, she also helped us find and rent a car, very fast. Located within 90 metres of Anse Kerlan Beach and 600 metres of Grand Anse Praslin Beach, Awesome Charlie D Villas provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Anse Kerlan. It was fantastic! The house was large, very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable, there was all the necessary amenities. The location was also very nice, next to the sea and beautiful serene beaches, two grocery sotres and a takeaway. The host-Desmund(hopefully I spelled it right) was incredible! He helped us with everything! He booked us taxis, he arranged a car for rent for us, the car was dropped in front of our house, he gave us fresh fruit from his own garden every day(they were super delicious). He also offered us excursions (with a guide). So thank you for everything Desmund! And to everyone I absolutely recommend this place!

Villa Belle Plage offers private beachfront villas located right on the famous Anse Kerlan beach on Praslin Island. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Such a wonderful stay in paradise! The beach and the sunsets were beautiful. The host provided so many nice touches to make our stay comfortable, including a pass for us to access Anse Georgette whenever we wanted (rather than having to call and make reservations). We were very glad that we splurged for the beach-front house, so that we could admire the views of the ocean from the comfort of our air conditioning when the heat and the sun were too much for us, or while it was raining!

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas can be found in Anse Kerlan, close to Anse Kerlan Beach and 1.3 km from Petite Anse Kerlan Beach. The accommodation was amazing, we loved the beach view and the amazing waves that came with it. The villa itself was very nice and had everything you need. The personnel, Iris and her family, are amongst the most hospitable people I have ever came across by. They were kind enough to recommend us the best places and to give us a ride if needed. Thank you very much and hope we will be able to come back one day!

Located on Praslin Island, Heliconia Grove has direct access to the Cote D'or beach and offers private villas with outdoor pool. This self-catering accommodation features WiFi. Hazel is a wonderful, positive, attentive and friendly hostess at this hotel. The same applies to the hotel staff. The hotel is located on the first line of the beach and has a private territory that is completely surrounded by tropical greenery. The hotel grounds and plantings are very well maintained. All villas have their own mini pool with Jacuzzi. It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea from each villa, so there is no need to be on the beach in the open sun. In addition, each villa has its own sun loungers. You can swim on the beach at high tide and low tide. At low tide, it is only necessary to go a little further. The water is clear turquoise in color, sometimes algae are found, but not critically, which are found on many beaches of the Seychelles. There are no big waves here, because the beach is located in a picturesque bay, and there are several green and rocky small islands around. You can take a kayak at the hotel for free and swim to them. The villa is very comfortable. All necessary utensils and equipment are available. And the huge bedroom with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan and a super quiet powerful air conditioner is simply amazing! The villa is made in the local style of wood and with a stylish roof, but everything is maintained in excellent condition. In addition, there is a communal gas barbecue where you can roast fish bought at a nearby market or caught. Supermarkets (3 nearby) and cafes with good quality street food (3-4 nearby) need to be reached on foot to the village center in about 10 minutes. At low tide, you can safely walk there along the beach (the sand is dense and legs don't fall throug), at high tide - on the road, but be careful, sidewalks are not everywhere. At the same time, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, so it is quiet at night, the noisy street life of the village is quite far away. Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations and we did not want to leave.

Nestled in a quiet garden, Villa Aya offers self-catering accommodation just 1 km from Praslin Airport. Amitie Beach is a few minutes walk away. Very nice area, very quiet and peaceful. Everything was so clean and new, absolutely loved staying here. The staff was so nice and accommodating, can’t wait to come stay again

Located 5 km from the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ocean Villa comprises of a variety of self-catering units, each with a tropical garden. Free WiFi is available. We felt very welcomed at Ocean Villa. The studio has everything needed. Location is really great - beachfront on Grand Anse and several minutes walking on the beach to the nearby shop.

Located along the white sand Cote D'Or Beach, Cote d'Or Footprints is nestled on the north east coast of Praslin Island. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, lush garden which leads onto the beach. Beautiful property right on a wonderful beach. Spacious, clean apartments with well equipped kitchen. Just five minutes drive from the ferry, great location to explore the island. Georgette was lovely and very helpful.

Located in Praslin, directly on sandy Grand Anse Beach, Le Tropique Villa features self-catering accommodations with free private parking. Praslin Airport is a 12-minute walk away. We loved the villa, the location is amazing, we had the most beautiful view ever + a private beach within 20m. Angela was very kind and the management has a car agency if you want to have a car during the stay. We will be back again.

Located in Anse Possession, near Anse Boudin Beach and Anse Takamaka Beach, Anse Boudin Chalets & Villa is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and barbecue facilities. Excellent house opposite the beach,big,luxurious with an amazing garden. It could fit easily a group of 6. Loukas and Nataly were extremely helpful with everything,suggesting things and booking restaurants for us.
