The house is amazing, there is a fresh smell, cleanliness, tasteful furniture, all amenities provided. Feels like the home you want to have one day. There is a beautiful view overlooking the back garden, you can see sheep and cows grazing in the background while the native fantails are chirping on the trees. It's like a little paradise on Earth.

Breezy Ocean - The perfect getaway terletak di Mount Maunganui, 2.4km dari Pantai Pilot Bay, 5.7km dari Stadium ASB Baypark, dan 6km dari Arena ASB Baypark. It was a very cozy little accommodation with everything we need. Was in the perfect location, only a 5 minute drive from the mount. The owners let us know soon after we left that we’d left something behind. Overall great stay, would stay again and recommend to others

We stayed in Toka Ridge number 4. It was quite simply the most amazing house! Far more spacious than we had anticipated, incredible views, private and simply beautifully designed inside and out. It was exceptionally well equipped in the absolutely perfect location. Peaceful yet sufficiently close to both Rotorua and a morning swim! We would certainly stay here again if we visit once more.

Such a lovely cottage that made our trip to Rotorua perfect! We’ve specially loved the time when we could bond with the animals a little bit, because you don’t often get an opportunity to just chill out with horses and ducks. Tracey was great to take the time to meet us and have a chat with us, and the facility itself is beautiful, cosy, and clean, which is just what you need for a short stay 😊
