Living room with comfy sofa and additional bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine You can find all you need in this place. Location is great, 4 min walk to main street. Close enough to be in the city Centre. Far enough to not hear loud music at night. Haleem is very nice person, very kind, engaged and helpful host.

If you need anything (tuktuk/scooter rental, taxi etc) the owners are very happy to help coordinate. The owners are very kind and happy to include you in their local card/board games! Would recommend 👍

A hidden gem! My husband and me loved this place. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything. We've been there for a whole month and couldn't ask for more: fully equipped kitchen, sleeping room with air con, an own backyard with lots of palm trees, beautiful sunrises and a big deck upstairs. The house is actually at the beach, so you can watch the ocean anytime. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place.

Resting on the southeast coast of Sri Lanka in the peaceful village of Pottuvil, Jetwing Kottukal Beach House is just 4 km from Kottukal Beach. The location is wonderful, it felt like a home away from home, there’s only 4 rooms and it’s a very family style athmosphere. All the staff, Faahim, Malik and Subahan were incredibly helpful, and representing Sri Lankan hospitality and kindness at its best. The food is homestyle freshly cooked, and simply delicious. Our kids were obsessed with the house dogs, who accompanied us to the beach for a walk and swim :) we miss this place already and hope to be back soon!
