Lovely little house in a quiet area not far from Anguillara. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. We especially loved sitting outside by the fire and walking to the nearby lake Martignano. The house was very clean, check in was easy and the owner made sure we were ok during our stay. Recommended!

Instructions on how to get the keys and navigate were very clear. The host included lots of recommendations for food, restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. Any questions we had were answered very quickly, as the host was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location. It was very clean inside, and even had complimentary coffee pods provided. Absolutely a 10/10 stay!

The property was exceptionally well equipped, perfect location only a few minutes walk from the train station. We stayed for a few nights to celebrate a wedding with friends and found the bed to be very comfortable. The shower was great, well equipped very clean and looked like a new kitchen with coffee makers, kettle, new fridge/freezer and some foodstuffs provided and all cleaning items available too. The view out of the balcony is stunning. Was perfect for breakfast with a view. The property looks to have been recently decorated, it was in immaculate condition. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to messages. We visited a restaurant they had recommended in a local guide they have drafted and the food there was great. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

We had everything and more for my children to play with, including swings and lots of private gated space for them to explore! We had bbqs in the evening and the children had the best time! We will defo be coming back in the future! Extremely clean and tidy everything was perfect! Round the corner from Rome, beautiful town down the road and the lake is beautiful! Not to be missed! Absolutely amazing stay!!
