Very comfortable (mattress and pillows included) and spacious, decorated in the local style, yet very modern in services and amenities (A/C, fans, laundry room, kitchen, etc), with 5* housekeeping & fresh towels every day. The veranda and the garden are also a wonderful place to spend the days and nights when not at the beach or dining out. Last but not least, i love the location, very close to the best beaches of the island, 10 minutes by car from the port and 15 minutes from Chora, avoiding all the crowds, yet staying close enough if you wish to join. And you can park your car just outside the house.

We liked the tranquility, beauty, and the hospitality of the dolphin. Markos and his wife was like a family. We loved them the moment we met. We found Lampis from the internet but we will definitely return back. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at Tasso’s place on Patmos was truly unforgettable, thanks to his exceptional hospitality. Staying in Sapsila Beach was amazing, with breathtaking views and comfortable accommodations that made our visit perfect in every way. Tasso welcomed us with warmth and generosity, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond by offering us some delicious local pastries, sharing fresh figs from his garden and delicious homemade fig jam. He also offered us his extensive knowledge of Patmos, providing valuable insights that enriched our visit. We’ve been fortunate enough to travel a lot, but we’ve never encountered such a great host as Tasso. We will always cherish the memories of our time here and can’t wait for the opportunity to return. Highly recommended!

The location was ideal -- just on the edge of Chora. Very close and easily walkable to everything in Chora, but also in a quiet location. The property exceeded our expectations.

The property has an excellent location and delivers mote than it promises. All the family members were there to help me anytime of the day with anything I need. I will definitely repeat another vacation here

Terletak 2km dari Pantai Melloi, Latmos 1860 menawarkan taman, dan penginapan dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. A beautiful accomodation with a lot of attention to details too. Anastasia and Dimitris really looked after us providing us with delicious local products as well. It is also in a good position, because is extremely close to the harbour which is a nice area to be in. (Full of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. We definitely recommend this place to spend a lovely time in Patmos.
