Staff were friendly and very welcoming. They helped us with booking tickets to Cham Island and Memories Land - great value. Very helpful with answering questions. Room was nice and spacious, good shower facilties and toiletries. Buffet breakfast was nice. Good location. No complaints!

The hotel was in a great location, I really liked the fact our room had a bath & a shower. The pool & facilities were really good. The staff were excellent in helping to book tours & they also arranged our transfer to Da Nang airport. They were so helpful & even gave us a takeaway breakfast as we left early the day of check out.

Such a lovely hotel to stay! I have stayed here for twice and Everything here couldn’t be better: - the location is quite close to the ancient town, also the hotel provides complimentary bicycles - what satisfy me most is that the room super clean and neat, even there is no dust on the table or other surfaces. The decoration is also impressive, it seems all rooms have a sofa, make the stay more comfortable. - they also have a pool on roof top, which is clean and the view at night there is something memorable. - last but not least, the host is very friendly, she upgraded me for a bigger room with a very affodable price. Definitely with come back here

Staff here were so kind and patient! They were highly knowledgeable about things to do in the area where I came in with minimal planning but they provided so much information for us for things to do. They also helped hold our bags for a few hours after check out and it was very easy to arrange taxi services for us to go to Da Nang afterwards as well. Room was very clean as well, and in an excellent location close to the main street but far enough from noise.
