Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

In fact there is everything to be liked. We were warmly welcomed by the host of the marvellous bungalow Joseph Rodrigues. The bungalow had all the necessary arrangements. Perfectly clean and also a beautiful surrounding. It was a pleasure to the eyes of the beholder. The caretaker Rohit was very quick and efficient. Very humble & was helpful in every way. Ideally located, very good surroundings, place of serenity, close proximity to the zalor beach ⛱️ & restaurants. It was a great pleasure to stay at the Villa & we were delighted by the hospitality. I would sincerely recommend people to visit the awesome hospitality of the very humble host Joseph Rodrigues.

The host was a great guy. Easy to communicate with and quite friendly I couldn't have been happier with my stay there. The place is comfortable, very clean and close to everything. I can't think of any reason I wouldn't return. On that note, hopefully it's sooner than later. I came from Canada looking to enjoy Goa and find a safe, clean place to rest my head. Located with convenient access to all points of interest in Palolem. Beautiful apartments built with care by the owner with a beautiful garden surrounding the place and a pasture out the back window with cows and birds and one monkey spotted day 1 on the rooftop. The father of the home stay was attentive and helped us plan our day trips. Called the taxi and showed us his favourite spot in the South of Goa. The response times to all email inquiries was quick and appreciated.
