First of all - this exceeded our expectations and some. The photography of the place gives qn appearance of a small villa. When we arrived, we were blown away by the size. Photos are deceiving inna good way! Staff were amazing, the villa manager picked us up and dropped us off. Ran us through the villa and if we needed anything how to contact them. The villa is partially isolated giving you the privacy away from somewhat bust far out beach strip in Ios. It's a 10minute walk from the beach and restaurants but if you feel like staying in, having a dip in the pool, tanning or putting something on the TV and relaxing this place has it all. Already looking into booking this again for 2024 - would reccomend this villa whether your a party animal or on your honeymoon looking for some privacy like myself. 11/10

We had the most wonderful stay in Ios and it was made even more special by our host Tasoula who was truly the kindest and most caring host we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond in every way. Even leaving her Sunday family lunch to come rescue us when a hike went wrong. We were so grateful for her generosity and quick help! Throughout our stay, anything we needed was sorted immediately. She also helped us arrange ATVs, which we’d highly recommend for guests, as the property is a little out of town. While we did walk into the port on our first night, to get to town you’ll want to hire a car/ATV or a driver for convenience. The property itself is new, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The pool was spotless and inviting, and the open plan living space was perfect for relaxing. The quiet location made it easy to unwind, while still being within reach of the island’s energy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The villa was so so beautiful and better than we had anticipated!!! The beds were so comfy and the pool is amazing, looks better than the photos. It is such a convenient location to get to from the bus stop and walkable to the beaches too. The host, Giulia is such a beautiful soul and will go out of her way to make your stay pleasant. It was my birthday during our stay and Giulia organised a cake for me and booked dinner for my group. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be coming back to stay!!!

The three bungalows allowed us to have space as well as keep our things in order. As well the pool and outdoor table was a great way to all hangout together. We also loved the location as it was a quiet area but close to the beach and only 5 minute taxi ride to Chora.

The entire property was absolutely beautiful. The design of the home has been done very well and was fantastic to stay in with 4 couples. Offering enough space to be comfortable with 8 adults and private areas you could seek if you needed some time to unwind alone.
