I had a wonderful stay at this newly built villa in Fanari, located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. The villa is modern, very clean, and tastefully furnished, with all the amenities you might need. What made the experience truly special was the hospitality. The villa is managed by a very kind gentleman and his lovely parents, who made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. There’s honestly nothing I can complain about – everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Fanari.

The host was waiting for us upon arrival. Breakfast was not included, we only booked accommodation.The property is excellently located, it is isolated enough not to be disturbed by any noise. All facilities are operational, you can enjoy excellent comfort.

The house is at very peaceful and quiet region. It is perfect for people who are looking for a nice rest without noise and people around. A nice beach is accessible by foot and by car you can reach another beaches along the coastline in the area. Definitely recommend the place.

We had an amazing time at this apartment in Fanari. The view is absolutely stunning, and the large veranda with a big table and swing was our favorite spot to relax. The apartment is brand new, very clean, and tastefully furnished. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and a dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts really went above and beyond — providing fresh towels, quality toiletries, mosquito repellents, and even scented candles. You can tell they’ve thought about every little detail to make guests feel at home. They were also incredibly friendly, responsive, and caring throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A stunning villa right by the sea — a dream vacation We stayed at this villa and were absolutely delighted! The spacious grounds, well-maintained garden, and breathtaking sea view exceeded our expectations. The private pool with sunbeds and a view of the sea was a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The villa was very clean and fully equipped — from the kitchen to the outdoor BBQ area. The entire property is fenced, giving a great sense of privacy and safety. The lush greenery and flowers all around made it feel like a botanical garden. Another big advantage: there are two nice tavernas located right next to the villa, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner without needing to drive anywhere. We highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends. Comfort, peace, space, and the sea just steps away — everything you could wish for on vacation. We’ll definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. From kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, nothing was missing. The location is excellent just a short walk to the beach and close to two fantastic restaurants, though the fully equipped kitchen made cooking in just as enjoyable. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home, with so many small touches and thoughtful details that truly elevated our experience. It's rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one absolutely did. If could give it 11/10, I would. Highly recommended!
