Nice comfortable apartment in a converted outbuilding in lovely area. We booked this on price and location as we were over for a wedding 2 miles up the road. The wedding venue would have been a reasonable option for a double room but we are a family of 4 and for a bigger room they wanted close to triple the price we paid for cosy cloud and still would have been a much smaller room than we enjoyed at this property. We have never stayed on the grounds of a main property before always opting for hotels and my wife was slightly nervous - she needn't have been. This experience was great, would highly recommend. Key pick up and instructions were very clear with great communication throughout. We were left contact details for the owner incase we needed anything but other than that we didn't even bump into them and were left to our own devices which for us is a big positive. Thanks for having us.

Excellent little lodge! Very nicely decorated and super clean. All the toiletries available so no need to take your own and so are the towels. Nice and cozy with a log burner available. We checked in on valentine's day and so we were surprised with a lovely bottle of prosecco. Also the lodge is in a great location with a beautifully kept garden. Would 100% recommend it!

Beautiful free-standing barn/cottage, quiet, short drive to all services and supermarkets in Leek, many great walks straight out door without driving. Also central for driving to other Peak Dist walking and villages. Barn is beautifully decorated and had all we needed for self-catering.

Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend! The lodge was very tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed. The hot tub was a great addition and worked perfectly. The Portmeirion crockery was amazing. The underfloor heating was lovely. The beds were comfy. The hosts were lovely and very responsive and offered us later checkout which was very much needed. The location was perfect and quiet.
