The cottage was incredibly cosy and decorated beautifully. The best place I’ve stayed in for any UK holiday. Hot tub was a well earned treat after a days walking. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Fabulous cottage. Very comfortable and characterful, beautiful location, well-equipped and much more spacious inside than it looks from the outside. There are lovely walks locally and the river Wye is just across the road. A pub a few minutes' walk away and it's just a few miles from Buxton. The supply of tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen was a nice touch.

The place is really cosy and very comfortable. Fantastic bed! Perfect location and really handy having a parking space right in front. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The host is also very attentive and friendly. Can’t recommend Foxgloves enough!

    Me and my mum felt at home the moment we walked into the cottage as it was so cosy. Claire, the host was great with communication and has gone to great lengths to make this a comfortable stay. We were provided with breakfast supplies and a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely treat! The cottage was very clean too. The hot tub was the cherry on top and made our stay extra special. I would definitely recommend going for walks in the village as there are some nice cafes and a pub nearby. We will definitely return in the future!

    Perfect little cottage for me, my Husband, baby and dog to retreat to. Lovely and quiet location. Comfortable bed. Host was very good at accomodating an early check in/late check out for us as we were at a wedding locally.
