The home was exactly as demonstrated in the pictures. Extremely homely, tidy, always warm indoors, and provides lots of space for guests. Keys were easy to pick up, and on arrival we were greeted with a lovely surprise of Cornish tea supplies and flowers. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that you might need for your stay. Other extras included board games/cards to play, and the wood burner which was extremely atmospheric during the evenings. Beds were comfortable to sleep in, and towels were provided for the stay. There are neighbours on both sides of the property, but the location is very quiet.

Great communication and clear instructions on how to get in home, Spoke to owner who let us check in earlier as we have two young children this allowed us to put them to sleep soon as we arrived. Lovely scones and spread left and milk so you don't need to worry. Great location near the beaches only 10 minute drive, has parking at the front of the cottage. Really warm inside the cottage. Overall great experience will recommend and will return in future.

We had a lovely stay at Little Hillside. It's a great little cottage. It's immaculate. The scones, jam, and cream left for our arrival was a lovely thought from Emma, the host. We had a fabulous 4 days in this beautiful setting. Thoroughly recommend.

    I loved everything, it was comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great location, tucked away from hustle and bustle but a short drive to the towns and villages when wanting to indulge. Garden was lovely and had my own sun terrace to lounge around on, with bbq. Parking was next to property, safe and secure. Beautiful and peaceful. Owners close by too, available for help if necessary. Would highly recommend.

    This villa is amazing! It’s got tons of space, it’s spotless, and oh-so-cozy. It’s got this old-school vibe that’s just so cool, and it’s tucked away in nature where it’s super quiet. We had the best time ever. I’m usually stingy with my ratings, but this place? It’s a solid 10/10, no doubt. Trust me, you’re gonna have a blast here. The best part? It’s like the perfect base camp for exploring Cornwall. You can zip around to most places in about half an hour by car. Super handy.

    The main reason we went to romantic retreat,was for peace and quiet, and hot tub. We enjoyed this very much. the accommodation was really cosy, and the bed was really comfy.Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Some nice touches like breakfast on first morning , milk and butter in fridge.

    Absolutely loved the facilities included in the retreat! The hot tub was perfect! The hut itself was very cosy and had all the accessories you could need or want! Left alone, very tranquil place! Parking on site is always a plus! The little extras that where asked for at short notice where absolutely perfect! All in all was the perfect little getaway and would highly recommend for a couples break away!
