We really enjoyed the street from room with balcony!! Highly recommended!!

Very friendly and clear communication from the time of booking. Mr Lee kindly organised our transfers for a reasonable cost. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and also given an information pack to assist us. Rooms were well appointed and spotless. The hotel is only a short walk to the centre, which is ideal as it’s quiet of an evening and nighttime. A very pleasant few days with Mr Lee and family.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and had good views. Not as close to the main hub but not too far and the amazing stay will make up for the short walk/grab ride away. 10 out of 10 and if I’m ever back in Hoi An, this is where I’ll stay, 100%. Thank you.

The facility was clean, organized and very close to everything. The pool and my balcony were peaceful and calming. Would Absolutely stay there again.

Calm House is just a lovley and peaceful place, we feel so welcomed by Flower she was very friendly and helpful. I would like lots ve to stay longer. 4km from the old town

Nice peacfull location, very friendly and helpfull staff. Good wifi and breakfast! Bed was so comfortable too!

Easy access to the beach, many restaurants, and free shuttle to Hoi An. Staff were very friendly including, cleaning staff, front staff Phuong and the hotel driver. Good A/C. I hope I can return some day soon.
