Ms Swon, the owner (sorry for the wrong spelling) is the best. She accommodated all our requests. Our room was squeaky clean & huge for the 3 of us. It has an amazing view of the lake at the balcony. Wifi is strong, breakfast is delish, location is quite uphill but is close to everything with various shortcuts in any direction. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, towels & other essentials are replaced daily. Hotel has an elevator. We had 5kg of laundry & had the best room massage yet we paid a very cheap price for everything. Ms Swon is always smiling & can speak proper English. I would definitely book again when I revisit Sapa.

This is a newer homestay with an elegant elevator to help with luggage and elderly guests. Beds were more comfortable than most in Vietnam. Room well furnished and beautifully decorated. The television offered entertainment for us in the evenings when we just wanted to relax before bed. Host family willing to share kitchen to store leftovers and allowed me to reheat food there too. River, the manager is the most proactive host stayin in touch with me from reservation and beyond. She is always ready to arrange any tickets we needed. The two male assistants were a delight, always helping me with bright smiles. Fanxipan is visible from my balcony. Town center is 20 mins walk. Cable car Fansipan, 10 min drive.
