The room was clean, with a fridge, balcony and snacks. They provided us with a bottle of water everyday and delicious breakfast. Staff was very nice and comunication with Helen at the front desk was smooth. She was very helpful and even warned us from the hurricane Wypha than was supposed to hit Hanoi.

Super helpful and kind. Really felt like you could ask them anything and they always did their best to help. They organised tours, did laundry, and gave great recommendations on places to eat. They all spoke excellent English too and should be commended on that. I thought the location next to the train line was really cool too :)

The staff were very kind and the stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great and a very short walk to Train street. What we were really grateful for is that we were traveling to Sapa a few nights before by overnight train and we needed a place to shower before boarding the night train. I thought of reaching out to this hotel since we had a booking with them, and they allowed us to shower in their lobby toilet. It is by no means a fancy toilet, but it did the job and my sister and I could get a shower and wait in the lobby for a few hours before going to the train station. We were also able to exchange our Aussie money for Vietnamese Dong at reception.
