The staff is so nice and friendly. The food is so good and the rooms are clean and amazing. It’s so close to the airport so if you want a stay nearby outside of the city hustle and noise. This is the place to be. Will come back again

We arrived at airport at different times, and I was very worried that my parents, who don’t speak English or Thai, might have trouble getting to the hotel on their own. The hotel thoughtfully arranged for a Chinese-speaking staff member to assist us upon arrival. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for the excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Phoenix Hotel Bangkok is a 7-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. It features non-smoking rooms with free Wi-Fi access. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the airport. The bed felt like pure bliss—I drifted off into a deep sleep after my exhausting flight. I absolutely loved the amazing facilities they offered!

The room is excellent, cleaned on a daily basis, moderately big with an attached balcony, and has a very nice view. The windows are so big that a generous sunlight enters the room and gives a nice vibe. The room is equipped with a freeze, a microwave oven and a hair dryer. The staffs are excellent and very supportive. The hotel is very near to the Pu Chao BTS station. So, there is absolutely no problem of transportation. There are two 7-11 nearby, one is just opposite the street and the other one is just below the Pu Chao BTS station. There is a food-on-wheel type restaurant just across the street. The food was great! Overall, it was an excellent stay for me and I would love to stay again in future.
