Service was exceptional. We stayed during the low season and got a free upgrade. Besides this, the lady who took care of the hotel, was very accommodating and would help us with any questions we might've had. She even picked us up when we biked down to the night market and it started pouring. Besides this, the facilities are great. Everything was clean, modern and the beds were soft. This was by far the best hotel while staying in Thailand. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Kanchanaburi.

The location was great 711 a few minutes walk. Massages and laundry close by. Breakfast a choice of 2 hot meals, cereal and toast. The room we stayed in was poolside access to pool 24/7. There are good cheap restaurants that listened to 'not so spicy' food. Netflix and Google TV excellent. The room size was better than I thought. Huge bathroom the water pressure was great and consistent. Shower is great size. The bed was so comfortable. About 20 minutes walk to a nice coffee shop and currency exchange. and River Kwai Bridge. Had a kettle which was very much needed by us as I like tea (I take my own) There was real milk in the fridge. Bolt is available and 60 bht up town and down.80bht to markets.Grab is also available. Close by is car rentals just 1000 bht. ( be careful of the petrol in it, ours had none!)

It is very clean and nicely decorated. My room was good sized, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is very nice and very clean. A couple of minor issues....... There is no elevator, there are no outlets by the bed or bedside lamps. The hotel is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Railway Museum and War Cemetery and further to the attractions near the river so you should plan to use taxis. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there is free coffee and tea in the lobby. For breakfast there is a nice coffeeshop and restaurant 2 blocks up the street at Westory Hotel/Hostel or The River Kwai Hotel also just up the street. I was so impressed with the way the room looked I took a short video but unfortunately I cannot post it here. I would stay here again. Very good value for the cost.

We loved so much we booked an extra night to further enjoy Sangkhlaburi and enjoy Tana’s local knowledge and cooking.

Location was amazing - views from the river villas is insane. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectation. (we don't speak Thai and they didn't speak English but still they made sure we got everything we need)
