The hotel is located in a beautiful village next to a lake and the oldest tree in this region (it's very impressive to see). We stayed at les Fromagers because we wanted to visit the Fathala Wild life reserve that is close by. On our arrival we found out that there are so many other activities to do like going fishing, watching crocodiles, visiting the islands etc. The owner of the place are very friendly and helpful. We experienced their great hospitality and felt very comfortable during our stay. I can recommend you also to try out their restaurant, since you get very tasty seafood there, freshly caught by the local fisherman. We will definitely visit again, when we are in Senegal.

Hôtel Les Cordons Bleus sits between the Gambia and the Saloum delta in Ndangane in southern Senegal. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a furnished sun deck, which overlooks the delta. Food was excellent, staff very incredibly positive and responsive, property was very well maintained and managed, and above all it was very clean: Cordon Bleu proved the perfect setting for a mind-free and relaxing getaway from the city!
