Wish I'd tried the sauna but ran out of time! It was a last minute booking and they were super helpful. Bed was much bigger than I thought and very warm and comfy. Bathroom also lovely. For a compact room it exceeded my expectations. Great touch having a little drawer with a kettle and coffee to get me going in the morning.

Strand Hotel is located in a 19th-century building at Tyska Torget Square. This family-run, boutique hotel offers rooms with bright décor and free WiFi. I loved the location and the cozy rooms. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only thing missing was the fridge in the room.

Wonderful helpful staff. Great location. Very clean. Coffee in room and plug by the bed. Included entrance to the motor museum which was fun. Good spread for breakfast.
