The staff there at Joane Suites is very accommodating and it's also very easy to communicate with them. We had to extend our stay in the day and there was no fuss about it. The room was spacious.

Im rating Bentrina 5 star. Its trully a home away from home. My husband and I liked the quiteness and serenity of the place. There's no loud music or karaoke. We love the food. Close to home cooked meals, basic and simple yet very good. We appreciate the hot water, coffee and tea laid out at the restaurant 24/7. We like the staff very much. They are like one big family running the resort. Everyone seem to be an all rounder, can do any job necessary. These great people make us feel at home from day 1. They were quick to resolve any issues. We really felt at home that is why we rebooked already and going back soon.
