Bertha was great and had lots of advices! The room was comfortable! She was really flexible with our booking and let us have our room sooner as it was available and we arrived with the night bus from Arequipa! Highly recommended!

Such an incredible experience with the most loving and passionate people we met in Peru. Food was freshly cooked by mama Lea and the tour with the explanation of the culture and traditions of the uros people from papa Mario was amazing. Mama lea made sure we were warn at night being the winter and provided hot water bottles. These were a luxury as we were not cold with all the comfy blankets in the incredible room with views to die for. Muchas gracias mama lea y papa Mario

Lovely hotel in a bit of a random place but first class. Eddison the manager was excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Nice bar area and good breakfast. Garage parking, hot water, comfy bed it has it all and excellent value for money.
