Offering free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking, Broadway Motor Inn is a 2-minute drive from the centre of Palmerston North and a 10-minute drive from Palmerston North International Airport. The room was super spacious and comfortable! This was my first time staying at a motor inn/motel of this kind, and I was quite impressed at how comfortable it was. The location was also very convenient, only a short walk from a bus stop that goes all the way to Massey University, where I had my conference at. The staff was lovely, I was allowed to check in early as the room was already available for me. The kitchen was also well-equipped, although it lacked a proper cutting board, if I remember correctly. But I didn't have to cook much anyway, so it was not a big problem.

Everything…so clean and good service. Was so happy to stayed at the hotel Alpha. Didn’t expect to get that good service at that hotel.

Located in the Tongariro National Park, The Park Hotel Ruapehu offers affordable accommodation in a stunning alpine setting. Guests are provided with free parking and 500MB of free WiFi. We really loved the family rooms - they were warm despite the cold temperatures. The hot water systems (i.e. the showers) were excellent. Finding the hotel and accessing the car park was also very easy. The restaurant (the spiral) also served very high quality food. The cost of the rooms was outstanding value for money.

We came during the low season in June, and we really enjoyed our stay. The Lodge is well situated to hike in Tongariro National Park. We also really enjoyed the fact that the kitchen was well equipped! We wouldn’t hesitate going back!
