I have to also say the website pictures do not give this hotel justice. Special mention to Agnes for all your help, excellent service and tips and advice for where my daughter and I could visit.

Situated by the sea on Valderøy Island, these apartments are 10 km from central Ålesund. All include free Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We stayed in Apartment 3. The apartment was amazing with an ocean view. Hosts were very kind and attentive. Kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge. Kitchen adequately equipped to cook simple meals. Bed was very comfortable. Roomy with an eating area and a lounging area. The sunsets were fantastic. There is a small patio area in front to watch the ocean. And a lovely wak along the rocky shore.

This hotel is in a quiet district of Spjelkavik, less than 15 minutes’ drive from Ålesund. It offers a free evening buffet Monday-Thursday as well as free WiFi and parking. A very enjoyable stay. The bed was the most comfortable in Norway. The breakfast was also exceptional.
