Hotel Buren is a cosy family hotel, only a 5-minute walk from the harbour and the lighthouse. The hotel has a very convenient location for the ferry, village centre, and nature reserve. Staff couldn't have been nicer. They made a packed breakfast as I had an early ferry. Large, comfortable room, delicious vegetarian breakfast when I asked. Lovely Christmas decorations on the façade. Very central ~ only a few minutes' walk to the harbour.

In the heart of Terschelling, next to the Brandaris lighthouse, is one of the island’s oldest hotels combining traditional hospitality with modern comforts. Location of the hotel is great, just near the harbor and beside the lighthouse. Lots of food and drink options even till night. Its situated in market area and lots of local shops selling local items. The hotel itself has a good facade. The returant and lounge were great. The room was clean and spacious. We were very happy with the rpom - it was a two floor room with a small bed for kid on the upper floor, with a desk and chair. Lovely view especially from the upper floor. The staff were very helpful. In short the hotel offered what we needed for a perfect trip.

Oepkes is centrally located in Terschelling, in the village of West-Terschelling, a 4-minute walk from the harbor where guests can enjoy the incoming and outgoing ships. The location was excellent and the host was super knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely come back. The tomato soup was also very good
