My kids' room was also nice and clean. The staff were extremely helpful they speak English also a good thing. The neighborhood felt extra safe since there's cops and an army 24 hrs around the premises. Every amenities are around the corner. It felt like home away from home. Prices are reasonable. And bonus hot water.

Art Hotel Managua is a property offering its guests free breakfast with the rate. It also has an outdoor pool, a business centre and garden. Great area!! Cheap eats right around the corner., safe surroundings. Good breakfast! I go to managua twice a year and this is a great first for me. Will be back, 5 blocks from Los Ranchos, amazing meats!! With an outdoor pool, Wayak Hotel is located within a 5-minute drive of Managua City Centre, just 2.5 km from the city's popular Galerias Shopping Centre. This is the PERFECT hotel for men - and I mean that sincerely. Affordable rooms that are LARGE (they're like little suites or studio apartments) and TWO free meals - all at a rate that is far less than the less adequate hotels nearby. And the location is awesome too.
