This place exceeded my expectations. It’s a boutique hotel but very modern and the room I was given was very cozy and nice. Staff was friendly tho the manager Farida had an attitude the first day but she redeemed herself the next day. Staff was prompt in responding to requests and very courteous. Located in the heart of Victoria island, it was very easy to get uber and bolt. The security guards were awesome and very kind too (thank you for assisting me to wash my car). Would definitely come back and I highly recommend. Kitchen staff may need more training. The two people I encountered were rude. Overall great Stay.

I originally stayed at another hotel but decided to move to Presken Hotel - and it was definitely the right decision!

Particularly to my contact person, Mr Bismark, he's the best and thank you for making my stay enjoyable. Will definitely come around again.
